At Visions, we strive to make sure your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Typically, orders take 1-4 days to process before they are shipped via USPS First Class. Average shipping days are usually 1-5 days. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the postal service. Please be sure to double check your address when placing an order to ensure your package is delivered on time.
Return & Exchange Policy
At Visions, we do not accept returns due to the custom nature of our products. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 4 business days and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
